In the event of recidivism, the violator shall be liable to confinement for a period not less than two years and not more than five years and the minimum and maximum thresholds of the penalty shall be doubled. In all cases, the items subject matter of the crime shall be seized and the court shall order their confiscation, and the closure of the store or the place where the crime was committed for a period not exceeding six months. The court ruling shall be published in two widespread daily newspapers at the expense of the convict.
