These measures shall remain in force up to the end of FY 2023/2024. Article (2) Exceptions from application of this Decree shall be approved by the Prime Minister, based on a proposal submitted by the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development, after studying the necessary and urgent justifications provided by the relevant entities addressed herein.
