Payment shall be effected as per forms nos. (2) and (3) pertaining to the declaration on the tax withheld at source on the returns of the treasury bills and bonds. As an exception to the foregoing, tax payment may be accepted via any non-cash payment means prescribed for paying the tax dues, following the approval of the minister of Finance, in case it is difficult to pay through the said payment method. In all cases, payment of the tax due on the returns of treasury bills shall be on the prescribed dates.
