The competent authority at each of the abovementioned bodies shall to its discretion- issue relevant decisions deemed necessary to protect its workers as well as occasional visitors from any potential negative impacts of novel Coronavirus. Workers at vital utilities- as determined by concerned competent authorities- (as transportation services, ambulance, hospitals, water utilities, sanitary drainage and electricity) shall be excluded from the present decree. The concerned competent authorities at each body shall regulate work at such utilities according to the rules it deems necessary to ensure public interest and observe the precautionary measures necessary to deal with novel Coronavirus. Article 2: Eligible workers hereunder whom the nature of their jobs allow them to telework shall have the right to carry out their assigned tasks from home, without the need to be at the workplace, throughout the effective period of the present decree.
