In respect thereof, the categories, stipulated in the law on the guidance and compensation fees and the ports, lighthouses, berthing and boarding fees referred to and the ministerial decrees issued with regard to settling the accounts between the maritime agencies, navigation companies and national ships owners and suppliers, shall apply if the charterer is an owner of at least one ship raising the Egyptian flag or the charterer is a state or a public legal person.
