Article 1: An ultimate clause shall be added to Article (1) of the Preliminary Part (Definitions) of the Executive Regulations referred to including the following definition: Authorized Economic Operator (AEO Egypt): means each party participating in the flow of the international trade movement whatever its role is. The AEO shall be authorized by the National Customs Authority and shall comply with the criteria of the World Customs Organization and its framework for the standards of the security and facilitation of the international trade chain.
