Article 1: Forms No. (1-IR, 2-IR, 3-IR, 4-IR and 6-IR) attached to the Ministerial Decree No. 186 of the year 1978 in the executive regulations implementing the aforementioned Law No. 24 of the year 1977 shall be replaced by the forms attached to the present decree.
