The said raise shall be deemed as part of the employee’s job wage on 1/4/2023. This shall not prejudice the entitlement to the annual periodic raise prescribed as per article (37), referred to, on its due date on the first of July, 2024. Article 2: The entitlement to the periodic raise payable to the state civil servants who are not addressed by the Civil Service Law, referred to, shall be expedited to be on the first of April, 2023. As of that date, those workers shall be granted a special raise at the rate of (15%) of the basic wage payable to each of them on 31 March 2023, or on the date of appointment for those appointed after that date, at a minimum limit of L.E. 125 monthly.
