The aforesaid cars which are imported after the end of September of the year following the model year, shall enjoy 10% discount of the FOB price for each of the next two years as calculated from the first of October of each year. Those cars shall also enjoy 5% discount of the FOB price for each of the following years as calculated from the first of October of each year, all without prejudice to the discount and conditions prescribed by the first clause of this article.
