Article 5: In order for any company, establishment or individual within the economic, productive or service sectors affected by the repercussions of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, as determined by the Cabinet, to benefit from or to continue to benefit from all or part of the foregoing stipulations, it shall not dispense with or shall not have previously dispensed with all or part of its workers of different types, nor reduced the basic wages of its workers as a result of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic.
