This shall apply to whatever sums the person collects from his original job entity or from any other entity, be it a salary, wage, remuneration for whatever reason, incentive, additional wage, extraordinary efforts, allowance or attendance allowance in a board of directors or committees, that provision shall not apply to sums disbursed against actual expenditures paid in the form of transportation, travel and cost-of-living allowances, insofar as they are paid in the framework of the applicable rules and regulations.
